EAT UP CAFE!
The aim of the brief was to devise a body of research and practical work based around the specific subject of consumerism within the food industry. The practical work that was produced was a pop-up cafe that aims to cut back on cheap, poorly produced food but instead encourages customers to take home a recipe book and packet of seeds to recreate the dishes at home. It intends to encourage users to stop spending money on fast food and meal deals which are not only bad for the environment but also expensive.
